Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped or produced. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have already been dispatched.

Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please note: Do not return the item directly to the manufacturer.
Shipping charges apply only once, including for returns. No restocking fees will be applied.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email and inform you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.

Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card provider. Some processing time may be involved. If you've done all this and still haven’t received the funds, please reach out to us at [email protected]
